The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa, Chik Banavar

My stay at this resort had its highs and lows. The location is peaceful and well-spaced, making it a nice getaway from the city's hustle. However, the service left much to be desired, as there were several instances of slow or inattentive responses from staff. The rooms are just okay, lacking some basic amenities like a coffee maker. Overall, it’s a lovely property with stunning surroundings, but the service and room upkeep need improvement.

The hotel experience was quite disappointing. While the rooms were spacious, they were in a run-down state. The staff's rudeness was a major issue, which overshadowed the place's potential. Although the location had a serene vibe, it doesn't make up for the lack of proper management and attention to guest needs.

My stay was simply unforgettable at this resort! The hospitality was next level—kudos to the staff for their professionalism and warmth. I loved the spacious and clean rooms and the fantastic amenities like the jogging track and the beautiful swimming pool. The food was delicious, especially the brunch we had. The only downside was the previous issues I had encountered on my last visit, but it seems the management has made noticeable improvements.
